These terms describe the current account portfolio and subscription features.

An inventory, not a registrar

Domains Database helps you organize information you provide. It does not register, renew, transfer, buy, or sell domains. Editing auto-renew here updates your inventory preference only; it does not change the setting in your registrar account.

Keep registrar records authoritative

Check your registrar account for actual ownership, expiration dates, pricing, and renewal settings. Status labels in this app are calculated from the dates in your inventory.

Your responsibility

Enter information you are authorized to use and keep your own backups. Guest and local-mode storage can be cleared on your device. Bulk cloud changes can partially save if a later request fails; refresh and review before retrying. This MVP is provided as-is; no guarantee is made that a reminder or renewal will occur.

Plans and subscriptions

New accounts start on Free with up to 33 domains. Starter is USD $1.33 per month for up to 333 domains and the Included features shown on its card. Stripe Checkout presents the subscription before you authorize payment. Starter renews monthly until cancelled through Manage Billing. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the billing period keeps Starter access through the confirmed paid period; Free limits apply afterward. Payment failures, an ended subscription, or expired access can remove paid feature access. Active Owner accounts can use all features without a paid plan.

Feature availability

A pricing selection or catalog edit does not grant paid access; the server confirms subscription state. Registrar features require eligible provider credentials and API access. Features marked Planned, including Domain Auctions, are not included as working paid capabilities. Other future tiers remain enquiries only. Google sign-in is available on the website; native apps support email and password while native Google setup remains pending. File storage and uploads are not integrated.

Account data and billing

Clearing saved app data, clearing registrar connections, signing out, removing the app, or clearing browser storage does not cancel a paid subscription. Use Manage Billing from your Starter subscription page to manage payment details or schedule cancellation. Billing records are maintained separately from portfolio data.
